<p> Tobias Stark </p>
<p>I am Ph.D. student at the "Interuniversity Center for Social Science Theory and Methodology" (ICS) since September 2006. </p>
<p>My research interests are in the field of ethnic segregation of social networks with a special focus on pupils' friendship networks. In my
Ph.D. project, I will concentrate on the influence of social norms and the social context on the development of such networks. This study is embedded in a larger
research project about integration and social efficacy of the "Instituut voor Integratie en Sociale Weerbaarheid" (ISW) at the University of Groningen.<BR>
Additionally, I am interested in respondents' behavior in interview situations, especially in socially desirable answers and the influence of
respondents' attitudes toward interviews on their answers.</p>
